Since opening our Sidney location in November 2009, until now, July 2011, we are honoured to have served over 375 families' thus far and wish to sincerely thank them all.

Although we are located in Sidney, we service all communities on the Peninsula, Victoria, Colwood, Langford, Sooke, Mill Bay, Cowichan, Duncan, Chemainus, Ladysmith, Nanaimo, the Gulf Islands and Vancouver. Arrangements can be made in our office, your home or via email or fax.

1. Recently my dear wife Betty Partridge passed away, and I, along with my son Paul and my daughter Cathy visited you on April 11, 2011 to discuss and plan final arrangements.

2. I want to thank Simply Cremations again for the respectful service I received when my mom passed. I felt quite free to make my own decisions and didn't feel pressured even when I changed my mind halfway through the process. 3. It's been a while since Dad died, and I have thought so often of the wonderful care Simply Cremations provided to our family. We especially appreciated how flexible and respectful they were with our multiple and unusual demands.

I had no idea that the assistance of a funeral service provider could be so influential in shaping the experience of a death in the family...We are so grateful for the speedy (late night) transportation of Dad's body from our home, (allowing us all to get a much needed good night's sleep) and the careful guidance provided throughout the cremation and management of his ashes. They helped us make and carry out good decisions at every step along the way, leaving us with no thoughts of "should have" or "wish we would have".

Working with Simply Cremations was a real eye-opener for me, I have a whole new respect and admiration for all what they do...and if the need ever arises again, we will be back! Thank you.

4. I had used Simply Cremations twice in Edmonton so was particularly
happy to see that they had opened in the Victoria area where my aging
mother was living in a care facility.

On my next visit, I visited Susan at her new location in Sidney and made arrangements for my
mother. When she did pass away in June, I was again pleased with how
